MAWRED is a controlled B2B sourcing portal. The catalogue helps registered buyers request quotations; it is not a consumer shop and a listing is not, by itself, a binding offer.
مَوْرِد بوابة توريد مخصصة للتجارة بين الشركات. يساعد الكتالوج المشترين المسجلين على طلب عروض الأسعار، وليس متجراً للمستهلك، ولا يُعد عرض المنتج وحده عرضاً ملزماً.
Access is for wholesale buyers, retailers and other approved produce businesses. Account information must be accurate and current. Access may be refused, suspended or closed when information cannot be verified or the platform is misused.

Catalogue entries can change daily with harvests, quality inspection, season, allocation, packing and transport. Images are representative unless a lot-specific image is identified. Stock is reserved only when a written quotation or order confirmation expressly says so.

Portal prices are indicative and may be shown in EUR and LYD. The written quotation controls the final product price, currency, exchange basis, freight, insurance, duties, taxes, delivery point, validity period and payment terms. A request for quote is not an accepted order.

Variety, origin, class, calibre, pack, quantity, shelf life and storage temperature must be read together with the final specification and shipment documents. The buyer remains responsible for suitable receipt, inspection, storage and handling after the agreed transfer point.

Dispatch and arrival dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. The quotation identifies the delivery basis and responsibility split. Visible shortage, damage, temperature deviation or quality concerns must be documented promptly at receipt with counts, photos and available transport records, then reported within the period stated in the quote.
مواعيد الإرسال والوصول تقديرية ما لم تُضمن كتابةً. يحدد عرض السعر أساس التوصيل وتقسيم المسؤولية. يجب توثيق أي نقص أو ضرر أو انحراف في الحرارة أو مشكلة جودة فور الاستلام بالعد والصور ومستندات النقل المتاحة، ثم الإبلاغ عنها خلال المدة المحددة في العرض.
Buyers must not share access, scrape prices, interfere with security or use supplier information to bypass agreed arrangements. Each accepted quotation or order confirmation forms the transaction record and may add specific governing law, dispute, compliance and liability terms.
